How can I receive service?

You can schedule service for your jobsite by contacting us at 888-670-9716 or by emailing us at [email protected]. When you contact us you will be provided a quote for the service requested.

What other services can CMS provide?

CMS Logistics provides roll-off, portable toilets, storage containers, and temporary fencing service nationwide. These are our primary services that we can provide anyone any time. However, we are not limited to these services, inquire with us today to find what else we can do for you.

Can I use my dumpster for any waste?

No. Waste type may vary. Prohibited materials include; mattresses, refrigerators with Freon, tires, paint cans and lacquers, adhesives, car batteries, hazardous materials, food waste, household cleaners, ink & resins, oils, fuels, propane tanks, and railroad ties.

Where is my dumpster?

If you are having a delay in service, issues with service, or any further questions about the service you have requested contact us at [email protected] or 888-850-1441.

What if I need to change or cancel my dumpster rental order?

You may cancel or change an order either online or by calling 888-670-9716. Please have your order confirmation printout, with an order number available when canceling or making changes. All order modifications must occur a minimum of one full business day in advance of the original service date to allow for processing. A minimum cancellation fee of $125.00 will be incurred for all order cancellations per the terms of the agreement.

What if I fill up my trash dumpster container before I am done?

You may order an additional haul for your dumpster rental either on line or by calling 888-670-9716. Additional haul charges equal to the amount of the first haul will apply.

How far in advance do I need to order a dumpster rental?

When ordering online you will see available dates displayed on the calendar. All online orders must occur at least 36 hours in advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a container is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.

Is service available 24 hours?

Online access to your account is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The call center, 888-670-9716, is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am EST until 8:00 pm EST. In the case of an emergency an after-hours answering service is available 24 hours per day. Emergency dumpster rental services are based upon location and availability and additional fees may apply. All online dumpster orders must occur at least 36 hours in advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply.

What if the driver comes for delivery or removal of the dumpster and I am not ready for the dumpster container to be dropped or removed?

All trip charges will incur a minimum additional cost of $150 per trip. If you are not ready to have your roll-off container picked up you may change an order either on line or by calling 888-670-9716. Please have your order confirmation printout, with order number, available when cancelling or making changes. If a container is kept past 10 days, additional rental or service fees will apply.

Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my dumpster?

It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the dumpster rental. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their best judgment and place the roll-off container in the safest accessible area when delivering the dumpster. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster rental equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if the dumpster rental is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.

How many tons can I put in my container?

Certain materials such as concrete and dirt can be very heavy and can quite possibly exceed weight limits for public roadways in your area. Heavy dumpster loads also place undue safety risks for all traffic. Before placing any of these heavier materials in any roll-off containers, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact at 1-888-670-9716 for guidance. Under no conditions should a roll-off container trash dumpster rental be loaded above the fill line, even with light material.

Will I be billed for extra weight?

Yes, if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order you will be billed for the additional costs associated with that disposal per the terms of the agreement.

What are my payment options?

CMS Logistics accepts all major credit cards including: American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Please have your card in front of you when placing or adding to your order.

What does the price include?

The price of a dumpster rental includes a one-time delivery, and pick-up for the selected roll-off container size and the agreed upon disposal allowance plus fuel and environmental fees and taxes. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

Will it damage my new driveway?

The trucks used for delivery, plus the weight of a full roll-off container can be quite heavy. It is highly recommended that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with a 4 x 8 sheet(s) of plywood. The Customer affirms that any right of way provided by customer (disclosed in delivery questions) for the roll-off container is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors dumpster equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire roll-off container placement site. The contractor shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.

Can I put the roll-off container on the street?

Please check with your local municipality. Permits are often required for dumpsters.

How large of a space do I need for delivery of the trash dumpster roll-off container?

Please refer to the container dimensions listed below listed on the website. It is recommended to provide space to accommodate double the amount of the width and height of the container to assure adequate height and space clearance.
