How to Join a Teams Meeting Quick Help

Here's some information on joining a Microsoft Teams meeting:

Join with a code

Open the Microsoft Teams app
Select the Calendar tab
Select the meeting
Select Join
Enter the code in the pop-up and select Join

Join with a meeting ID and password

Select Join a meeting
Enter the meeting ID and password
Select Join with a meeting ID
Enter the meeting ID and passcode

Join on the web

Select Click here to join the meeting in the email invite
Enter your name
Select your audio and video settings
Select Join now

You can also attach a file to a Microsoft Teams meeting by:

Selecting the paperclip or attachment icon in the chat window
Selecting the file to send
Selecting Send
