Kevin Hee is the Vice President, COO of CMS Logistics, the leader in premier nationwide construction rentals. CMS proudly serves all 50 states and is a company filled with individuals who are obsessive about helping your project run smoothly. Before joining the CMS team, Kevin was VP of the Philadelphia region for BFI, a multi-billion dollar waste management company, where he helped grow the company in that region, consistently achieving budgeted goals and delivering $275M in annual revenue to the company. BFI was subsequently sold to Allied Waste Services where Kevin continued in his role as Vice President under the new ownership. Kevin was also Vice President and Partner at Ace Service, an iconic independent waste company in the Philadelphia market. Kevin played a key role in the acquisition negotiations of Ace Service to BFI.
Kevin graduated from Rowan University with a BA in Accounting. He brings a unique perspective to his various roles at CMS in operations, sales, financial planning, budgeting, permits, project management, bids, & union negotiations.
