Marketing Coordinator Position for CMS

CMS Logistics is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the team at our offices in West Chester, PA.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the company’s Marketing Director and Marketing Agency to execute all facets of it’s ongoing and future marketing strategies and objectives
  • Build and manage a digital content editorial calendar that attracts our target audience
  • Maintain a social media presence
  • Help develop and maintain brand integrity across multiple marketing channels
  • Create and manage inbound marketing content
  • Write blog posts, website content, emails and case studies
  • Assist in maintaining and regularly updating the company’s multiple web properties
  • Track and manage multiple ongoing projects with various marketing resources and vendors
  • Work within multiple marketing tools including CRM, marketing automation platform, web analytics, etc.
  • Work with the company’s outsourced PPC and SEO resources
  • Assist in the development of corporate presentations, sales collateral and proposals
  • Provide regular reporting to management, maintain a dashboard of key metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Previous marketing experience, one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and be flexible as projects and priorities evolve
  • Accountability, attention to detail, and ability to deliver projects that meet a high standard of professional excellence are essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting, and to be self-guided and solution-oriented in work approaches
  • Experience with project management software such as Trello, Teamwork, Jira or equivalent a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or Google or Apple equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms. Includes WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalents, Hubspot or equivalent, social media channels such as
  • LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
  • Comfortable with marketing technology in general, some HTML familiarity and other martech platforms a plus
  • Working knowledge of account-based marketing also a plus
  • Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing a plus

Work Remotely: Flex office-home schedule possible after first 3 months

Job type: Full-time

Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 Commensurate with experience
